Meenam blends start as a sheer love for Nigerian ginger flavor. The smooth light brown ground powder, characterized by a warm mintish aroma.

For years, I have served as a useful source for Individuals seeking inspiration, help, or advice that revolves around wellness. Last year, with the emergence of covid-19, I decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I start writing about food sustainability.

Today, I support global goal 12 Responsible consumption and production, and goal 3 good health and well–being.  I strive to contribute to the creation of a sustainable lifestyle by helping people make healthy, flavorful, tasty food a priority; and make informed choices about it.

My team and I support local manufacturing.  We source raw produced locally and transforming it into organic seasonings and spices; that is convenient and fresh in Nigeria.
